trying to add gmail account to blackberry. msg says the account or password is wrong, but it absolutely does exist. how do I add it?

What device? What OS? Do you side two-factor authentication in Gmail

If you use two-step authentication method, make sure you add your device on apps list under your GMAIL account security settings. Do this on your mac/laptop. Copy the codes, then input them as your password. Hth

I am having issues with this as well. The instructions on CB are over a year old and the OS UPDATES mean are setup different now and the old instructions are no longer accurate
