    I downloaded an update on to my windows computer. How do I get the update on to my Z30?

    On your Z30, go to Settings/Software Updates, and touch "Check for Updates. If there updates for your device available, it will show up there (if it hasn't yet in the Hub). This is for the OS of the device. Currently the official rev is 10.2.1.2991 (for VZW users). This is the easiest and safest way. Just make sure your device is charged/connected to a charger, before you start the update.
    Are you trying to install a "leaked OS", or an update for an app?
