    You could be patient for that. The scheme says that all the phone calls will be free through their network once they commercially launch. You could wait till the end of this month and most probably you will get a sim of it. I'm myself using a jio 4g sim in my BlackBerry z10. Its just the matter of chance. Wait a while buddy.
