if you want to clear the android cache, download and install Ghost Commander and from there you can clear the cache

I don't think the Ghost Commander File Manager app for BB10 devices is the same as the old Ghost Commander app for the PlayBook. The description lists features that don't do anything to the Android runtime.
Is there another app that will reboot the Android runtime?
