How to change a thread name?

How do you edit the name of a thread. I started one yesterday but realized afterward as no one looked the it was a little misleading and not in the direction I intended

You need to PM a mod to get them to do it

The simplest way is to "Report" your thread, asking for the title to be changed as you want. A report goes out to all mod's. The first one available will make the change. A PM may go to a mod who's busy and might not see the request for a while.

Lol, guess I should have mentioned that!

From the desktop version, click on the symbol that looks like a black "yield" sign at the top right of a post box. In the mobile browser, use the same symbol -- it's located at the bottom left of a post box. In CB10, long press on the bar that shows the poster's name, and select "Report from the slide-out menu.

After using any of these, you'll get a text box to add your request/comments. Then hit "submit".
