Hi there since the update my wife's z10 no longer plays the whole ring tone. When she recipes a text message or bbm message the notification plays for a few seconds then cuts off. Previously this played the length of a song. Does anybody know how to change this? Thanks in advance. Mark

If you're with ATT you have to call them and ask them to extend the amount of time to the 30 second max.
It's that simple and the only way to do it!

There's an OS side change that went into 10.3 that restricted to only 5 seconds of tone. This is fixed in 10.3.2 so that up to 2 minutes will play again.
