How do I set my bb10 to automatically send my pictures in hd? The receiving person always has to send back a request to have the picture in hd. Just want to send it in hd automatically. How do I change it?

You didn't mention which BB10 phone, which camera (front or rear), and which BB10 app you are the using and what your friend means by HD. What are you doing to send them in HD the second time that your aren't doing the first time? Maybe your friend is just trying to tell you that his camera has better resolution than yours.

In BBM, Swipe down. The click settings. And click "always accept HD picture requests"

You seem to completely misunderstand how BBM on BlackBerry 10 handles picture transfers.
