My Blackberry id is my company email address, I will be finishing with them shortly, do I need to change my Blackberry id name or does it not matter.

If they were paying for your apps and such, I would think that they would cancel/change it to stop further charges on their account.

If the email is not one you'll have access too.... you'll want to change it.

Very simple: Settings, BlackBerry ID, Edit. You can change your email address there.
