I updated the os on my z10 to 10.3 and found that photos, sounds, videos and my files are missing in the apps area. Not able to access the files on external or internal storage.
I updated the os on my z10 to 10.3 and found that photos, sounds, videos and my files are missing in the apps area. Not able to access the files on external or internal storage.
So when you open file manager, you don't see any of the files on the device or your card?
You need to take your card out and put it in a PC, copy things over. Then format the card. Then put the card back in the phone and format and move the files over.
