OK here it is, I just got my BB Z3 and guess it comes from factory with a BBID Pin or something, well I already had one from my previous phone (iPhone and Android) the weird thing is when I did sign up my contacts all came with me in BBM and all, but my pin is now different, and all my business cards reflect my old ID and now I see that there is a new ID but I have my contacts from my new ID

Your previous contacts see your new PIN, but you will have to make a new business card.

On BlackBerry devices, the PIN is hardcoded on the device, and it can be changed.

PINs have never transferred. Back in the early days you would have to go on a long mission to tell all your contacts your new pin whenever you lost your device.

That really sucks I JUST got mew cards too, and all my students and NEW contacts I could be missing for last week.......wow I just noticed that it had changed, but weird thing is all my OLD people attached to my log in email when I signup came over to new BBM but they never got a notice to them stating that my BBM Pin had changed. Plus I had a REALLY good PIN easy to remeber, now I am sad...
