I own a Blackberry Z30. Out of no where it began restarting and continues to do so constantly. I tried plugging it into the computer by USB to uninstall some apps that may be causing the problem but because it keeps turning on and off, the connection to the computer keeps connecting and disconnecting. Normally on another phone I would just remove the battery and place it back in to stop the rebooting, but this phone has an embedded battery. How in the world do I get this phone to stop rebooting?

Sounds like a OS reload is in order.

Before that, what happens before it turns off? Does the device say its shutting down, or there's an issue, or does the screen just go black, then a red light?

You can reload the OS by going here: KB34045-How to clean reload the BlackBerry 10 OS or BlackBerry PlayBook OS using BlackBerry Link
