How can I sharing a contact via SMS only?

How can i share a contact via text in SMS and not MMS format?

Copy/paste. A vCard would make it a data file, and switch to MMS.

Download Smart Contact if you want to share a contact via sms, it lets you select which one of the fields you want to send, unfortunately only as text not as a vCard
