How can I see which apps my phone is running?

I can only use the phone for texting and calling... For example, when I try to use the radio app (or any other app), I get "FM Radio can't be played because another application is using the necessary resources." How can I find out which
apps are running?

what phone and what OS are you running? Have you tried rebooting?

First port of call, Shut down the device. Leave it for a couple seconds and then boot up again. The Apps might have all been closed by RAM is holding onto a lot of them to make it easier to load again. So shut down and then boot up again.
