    Please suggest me to resolve, the software problem with my bb z10, which is struck in the booting time. I tried so many times(ways) to resolve. can any one suggest me to resolve the problem.

    Hi, can you please answer these :
    - Did you make an O.S upgrade (and do you know your current version) ?
    - How is your battery ? Have you tried to boot with genuine BlackBerry wall charger plugged in ?
    - Do you have personal and unsaved data on your internal memory ?

    Please let us know, we need this to go further.
