    My service provider is Shaw. Second time this year they have dropped my BB link to their web mail. In working with their support, they want me to go to locations on my BB, starting with Setup, then to Email Accounts. When I hit on Email Accounts, the BB goes to Verify Blackberry ID, which I can't get past. I'm at try #9, so I only have one try left.

    I am not very savvy about this technology, I'm afraid.

    You can't change that username and password till you log in. If you only have one try left, it will wipe and you will have to start again.
