I found my old Blackberry Storm 2, and thought I would revive it to give to my kids to use as an emergency phone. When I powered it on, it asks for a password... which, of course, I have forgotten.. it has been 4 years since I used it!

Does anyone know how I can just reset the whole thing? It must have been on a BES, as it was for work, but I can't even get into the device to do a factory reset...

    Any ideas?

I guess it will reset itself after you enter the wrong password 10 times in a row

I'm not sure if they have a hard reset like most Google devices do..

Ryan, autoloaders are for OS10 devices only. The OP will be able to reset after enterring an incorrect PW 10 time(default) and following the screen prompts.

I always wondered, what did the 9550 run on for software? Looked a lot like OS 4.x
