    My blackberry is hacked , the hacker change my e-mail on BBID to his e-mail
    i remember the (Password Recovery Question) but when i typing i see this massage

    A request to reset your password has been submitted.

    A password reset email has been sent to mha@ss.ss
    Next steps

    this is email for the hacker : mha@ss.ss

    Well obviously it will go to that email if it's the email associated to the BlackBerry ID now. How did you know the email of the hacker?

    Did you receive an email that notified you of the change from BlackBerry? Maybe you can have it changed back from there.

    You can't reset it unless you can receive the email. As I read it.

    Maybe try it from your phone instead of a PC. On the odd chance that it can be PIN messaged to you. Doubt it though.

    That sucks.... it means that the attacker was able to guess your password and then change the email address. The only one that can help you is BlackBerry themselves.

    Thread title changed as the BB wasn't hacked, their BBID account supposedly was. Not the same thing.
