I started a security wipe on my Z10 around 2 hours ago. It's still going on, and the phone switched off itself twice during the process. When I switched it back on, the printer like picture's still there, and the circle's still spinning. There weren't many apps on it, and I had around 100 songs saved on the device. Please help! I'm terrified of having a brick for a phone that's only 4 months old!

Try a battery pull? Wait for about a minute and replace the battery and see if it clears the issue.

Don't worry Your phone is fine, it usually takes around 30 minutes up to 3 hours depends on how many apps or datas saved on your device. Make sure your phone is plug in to the charger when you do a sec. Wipe. So it won't run out of battery, just be patience and let the sec wipe finish the job.
