Please help me... So, every time I receive messages, I will receive it twice at the same time. The funny this is, it displayed as two different icons. One icon is shaped like an envelope and. the other one is shaped like file folder. So I always have double copy for every messages that I received. The same thing happen if I send a message. Please advise how to receive and send my email with only 1 copy. Cheers. PS: I'm not a high tech person. Please kindly send your answer to my email in danieloa.momentum@gmail.com thanks a million.

Which phone are you using? Model number, OS, etc. would be helpful.

I know the issue. And have the solution. But are you still having the problem?

You might as well post, in case someone else having the same issue comes here and searches for this thread (NOT.) It would help them out.

    Long story short.
You have to go into your emails folder sync settings and uncheck important emails.
You'll still get important emails through the regular inbox.

How can I receive and send email with 2 same emails with different icons?-img_20150626_205038.png
