How can I put Google Play/Xbox Video on my Z10

I had an android prior to my Z10 and had purchased a fair amount of videos. Is there any way I can install Google Play to be able to play those on my Z10? Also, I have a lot of Microsoft Zune/Xbox videos, so also is there a way to put Xbox Video on the phone? I have read about "side loading", so if that is the case...you'll have to explain slowly as I am clueless how to do that. :-)
