    Does everyone experience the same situation?the blackberry priv is getting hot and restarting without my permission everytime,can't use the phone at all

    have you updated the OS recently? it could be a software issue....like a recent rogue app installed....or it could be a hardware issue. Start deleting recently installed apps one at a time and see if the issue still exists.

    I have the Same issue. Priv keeps rebooting and doesnt go any further than the BlackBerry logo, and starts rebooting again. IT heats up like crazy and ill never Get to the homescreen. It all started with the mee marshmallow update..

    Are either of you T-Mobile users? If so delete the T-Mobile app. You can create a shortcut to the T-Mobile website that offers most of the same info. BUT the T-Mobile app is a data hog and causes your device to excessively heat. There ARE others apps that do this also, but this was the main culprit for me.
