Do you have BES? If so your company would have to add it to your BES subscription.

If you don't, you can look into BES Cloud, once it gets out of beta it should have this feature too... but who would it work with?

You probably know this already, but BBM Meeting does *not* require BES

BlackBerry does have some serious web redirect/url rewrite issues, so depending the on from where in the world you try to access the links they give you, you might get through, or you might end up in an endless redirect loop.

(ex: the app try to open the link Mobile conferencing ? BBM Meetings - United States but this don't work for all, unfortunately. )

This same issue exist for many of the resources on the 'enterprise' side of things @BlackBerry

The process is ridiculous,.. almost as if they really don't want you to give them money.

Compare that to sites like WebEx that have a massive green "sign up for free" button smack in the center of the screen... and you get the idea of why BBM/BBM Meetings/BlackBerry doesn't stand a chance.

The redirect link ends in an error. This is a stupid bug for a company trying to sell software.
The help page from blackberry.com offers a tutorial, but it doesn't match with the instaled app. An other stupid bug for a software company.

It's not like it's any easier to buy their hardware directly from them. So... pretty much a consistent overall strategy. Self-sabotage.
