    I was able to pair my Q10 to my Panasonic telephone but I am having trouble with the Priv. Do you know if the Piv has the necessary software to allow it to find the Panasonic phone

    If you don't see your Panasonic phone in the BT list, try refreshing the list. (Of course, ensure the Panasonic BT is on as well.)
