i wanna my facebook or twitter app have an option to detect my location automatically like i phone with each post without check in :) and make it as option on / off

Do you have location services checked ON on your phone? Is there any place in each app to do that as well? I don't use native FB or Twitter apps.....
If you have location services set to On, then you can tweet and update your status with your location.
