    I lost my Blackberry z10 yesterday morning.i tried to locate it yesterday night my phone and it shows me that it was turned on 13 hours ago in the place where i was.but now it doesn't show me anymore "found .. hours ago".It shows me

    Unable to determine the current location of this device.

    Somebody find it and reset everything??

    If Protect is not telling you anything then someone may have cleaned it off and reinstalled the OS. Was it password protected?
    Or someone may have turned it off...
