I cannot install blackberry link into my pc windows 8.1. The message I get when trying to, is that my windows 8.1 can't install the software, that I should with the software publisher for my window's version. What do I do because I need this in other to share files with my BlackBerry Z10? Thanks

Reboot PC and try again if you haven't already, Link and Blend should install with no fuss. If you downloaded the software, try plugging your device in after the PC reboot and use the device on-screen instructions for installing Link (assuming your Z10 gives the pop-up for installing Link on a PC like mine does).

Maybe you accidentally downloaded the Mac version? That or the download got corrupted. I just installed Blend on the Win10 Preview and it runs great, along with Link.

I did not install any Mac Os. This is a system I just bought recently. It's hp Intel core i5. It came with windows 8.1. After downloading the BlackBerry link. It doesn't install, instead I a message pops up telling me to check with the app publisher for my pc's version. And I have tried running compatability test but it tells me that the app is not compatible. Please I need help....

You install it like a regular program from the desktop, not like a app from windows store.

No, I'm suggesting you accidentally downloaded the Mac OS version of Link.
