    Hello
A couple of years ago I dropped my Q5 and the touchscreen completely froze. I now use another phone, but there is a video on my Q5 which I would like to access and which I sadly hadn't backed up via BlackBerry link. When I link the phone to my laptop via USB, the PC does not detect it. Is there any way I can retrieve the video (given that I can't use any of the touchscreen features or detect it via my PC). Is there a magic place somewhere I can send it?
    Thank you!

You could try a USB mouse to navigate the UI and email it to yourself (depending on its size)
