    What phone do you have? On BB10 devices you would swipe down from the home screen to access the system settings and the profile options. Swipe down, the select notifications.

    Go to settings / notifications and make sure it's on if it is then go to applications (at the bottom of the notifications screen) and go to the phone app and turn on notifications there
