    My calendar isn't updating. E-mail comes in, but when i delete on my BB, it doesn't delete on the server and vice versa. My Outlook recently got moved to "the cloud"

    If you mean that your company has recently migrated to Outlook365, you need to delete your original account and set it up again on your device. We went through this at my company. Once your account is set up again, your email, calendar, contacts and tasks should sync up as well (or better) than before. Note that if you have a lot of messages, it's best to be on WiFi when setting up the account.
