    Q5 got soaked. battery drained and no response. dried out phone and recharged. Now phone is charged and screen is visible. phone getting emails, texts phone calls, but I can't access anything because screen doesn't respond to touch. Can anything be done or do I need a new phone?

    Well the phone most likely has internal damage and should be replaced, BUT if you're game and techy, the part is pretty cheap...
