    My Z10 phone does not get that blackberry logo that shows on the network bar even when am subscribed to a mobile network. Moreso, normal network doesn't last. The mobile network is not steady comparing it to a friend who uses the same phone and mobile network . It comes and goes.

    Maybe you don't have a good signal? What OS do you have on your phone? Maybe you need to reload your OS.
