    I have backed up my blackberry q10 , formatted it then tried to restore unsuccessfully.

    I can see that the size of the backup is 2.7 gb

    I've changed a backup to .zip but want to change back to .bbb is there a way to do it?

    As you can see from the picture I've renamed it back to .bbb but still opens on .zip


    Any suggestions? Thanks

    It doesn't matter what you've renamed it. For the purposes you need, it will work as a bbb file, no need to rename it again or do anything.

    It won't come up when I'm on blackberry link trying to restore the file, it doesn't work as Link thinks it's a .zip file not a .bbb as the file type is now zip
