    I hurriedly and excitedly downloaded the autoloader for OS 10.3.3.2409 and backed up my Q10 before loading the autoloader. And for a whole day (this is past 2am of a new day) I cannot restore my backup. Blackberry Link would not even locate the blackberry folder.

    I have done everything I know to do... I have even tried to restore the backup with sachesi and Darcy's BB Tool yet to no avail! Sachesi says the OS was not designed to restore that backup. What???!!! The only viable option is to return to my humble OS 10.3.2.2876.

    Somebody please help me!!! I don't want the OS 10.3.3.2409 anymore please.

    10.3.3 release version just like the dev version was designed so you can't go backwards.

    Unfortunately you can't roll back but if you are noticing any significant problems grab the appropriate autoloader from Thurasks link and start again.

    Can you tell us why you don't want it? I have been getting some notices to upgrade but don't know if it's a good idea. The OS that killed my FM radio was the first update I got that was not good. Ever since then I don't want to fix what they haven't broken yet.

    You should be able to restore. What error do you get when connecting the phone to your PC? Do you have iTunes installed?
