    It is picture load on BB by default. It was pre loaded on my BB when I bought my phone. I don't use them but it take space & memory.

    The only way is to download an OS file for your device and "shrink" it, meaning you'll delete components of the OS, in this case the pre-loaded pictures. Then wipe your device (back up first), and reload the "shrunk" OS.
