    After security wipe my bbz10 shows a logo connected to a PC. I don't know how to correct the problem. Please help.

    I am not sure about that but for a check you can try this.
    1.Download Blackberry Link on your PC
    2. Connect Phone with the laptop, wait for the connection with the blackberry Link
    3. Click restore and then click restore.
