What email account are the contacts synced to currently? Gmail? I actually use a free email client "eM Client" for a desktop gmail account which I also have my hotmail account synced with as well. If Gmail and you do NOT want too use eM Client, there is a gmail connector app available that will syncing various items with outlook<>gmail. Also a connector for Hotmail.com<>outlook.

I think there are apps that will save them in a format outlook can read. At work so I can't look them up.

If syncing is the end result deired, the CSV export would not be totally useful. The methods I provided allow for 2 way sync. But yes, CSV export is a viable option if the user has a static list that wants in Outlook.

Outlook connector if the user happens to be using a Hotmail account on his Blackberry. Gmail connector as well if they are using a Gmail account on their device.
    sam81 and kbz1960 like this.

I'm going to have to look into this. Been trying to find a way to keep them synced as I add contacts fairly regularly anymore

I don't trust syncing as I had to work so hard to clean up my contacts the first time.
I also add quite a few contacts to my phone. Then I just share it by email to my Computer Outlook and ipad.
When I open the email I can add any stuff I couldn't do on the BB and just save it. If I want to go the other way (Outlook to BB, I just make sure I send it as a Vcard). This way I feel like I have more control.
I do the same thing with calendar entries, though I don't mind syncing that if necessary.

    Q10 > Z10 >Z30>?
