Don't know why you would want to save a Video as a .mp3 you kinda loosing all the good stuff lol.

As Blaze has said, there are thousands of video converters out there. Simply search Google for a VideoTomp3 converter. I'm sure there is some free stuff

I used this from Snap, and/or TubeMate which can download just about any video stream from any Web site and save it in all kinds of formats on your device. TubeMate you will have to search for.

I like using the native BB10 app Stereotube although the download feature may have been removed on recent updates. It's my understanding that the Dev for this app is very responsive and willing to provide a work around.

Maybe they are looking for a source for free music.....

You can find any SONG for free as part of a Video... but yet finding just the song is almost impossible thanks to the RIAA.
