How can I check if a BB has been hacked ?

My BB BOLD has recently started playing a strange haunting song all by itself. The screen is still on the homescreen but it plays a haunting song with a childs voice saying they are going to kill me. ( Honest - I am not joking !) I can play other songs from my collection but this song is still running when I stop all other songs. The only to stop it has been to pull the battery.
Any suggestions ?

Update the OS.... oh wait you can't.



Do a security wipe and don't restore any old data....or at the least limit what you restore.
