Hi.
I bought GSM unlocked Q10 from eBay.
The seller said I need to change the network technology before I use the phone on GSM network. However, I could not find the content which enables me to change the value from either Global or 1XEV to GSM/UMTS.
I found the former version had the detailed network configuration, but 10.3.2.556 does not.
Is there any way to change the setting?

The Network Technology issue does not apply to BB10 phones like the Q10. If the phone is unlocked, all you need to do is get a SIM card from your GSM service provider.

You might want to check which of the five different Q10 models (SQN100-1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) you have to see if the frequency bands provided match well with the ones used in your region.
