    Connected my phone to my laptop and choose to charge only. How can I change it to usb device instead as I am unable to access it now? Please help me!

    First Comment - Tried that numerous times and nothing. Even downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Software and nothing.

    PLEASE HELP!!

    Disconnect it, and plug it back in. See if the option pops back up.

    You should still have an option to use the USB even though you hit charge, is it in my computer?

    i believe its somewhere under Options > device

    Not all USB leads have all the wires connected, some have only the +5v and return connected. If possible try a BlackBerry lead

    Passport or Z10, whichever is nearest
