    I had broken my Blackberry bold 9780 but fortunately backed up my data in computer. I recently bought Blackberry classic and would like to back up my contacts and all other informations from the old device. But the old device isn't functioning and Blackberry link requires to connect other device to computer.

    Could someone tell how can I back up from a backup file to new Classic phone.
    Thank you anyone who could help.

    Sorry. You can't. The files are different, the desktop software is different. You can't transfer anything unless you have both devices to connect to Link.
