    Would like the flashlight icon right on my home screen. Is there a way to add it?

    Just use the one in your quick settings menu.. it will be better In the long run, on the latest leaks you can 2 finger swipe down from the top in any app or from any screen.
    If you put it on your home screen you would always have to go back the home screen to use it.
    Quick settings is more convenient.

    If you got a QWERTY device and you are on 10.3.1 just do this: downolad a flash app that starts right after it opens like: FlashBack.
    Create a shortcut under one key for example under F and you're good to go Now, press F and the Flashlight is on!
