The jio sim is running properly but the calling is not work. Any one help how it will work.

Go to Settings....then select sim cards.....after that select preferred sim for calling as JIO

Try to do whatever said by @Nitin but if it wouldn't work for you then it means DTEK50 isn't VoLTE supported so you can maybe use jio sim card for Internet purpose but you will not be able to use it for free calling purpose.

If your phone does not support VoLTE then you have to download the Jio4gVoice app to make/recieve calls and texts.

If you have the imported version, it lacks Band 40 so VoLTE won't work.
You will have to download the My Jio App and make calls through that
