    In transferring data to a non enterprise BB the enterprise email settings are transferred as well so cannot set up other email.

    not having used an enterprise BB i'm not sure, but can't you backup just the personal side of your device? Otherwise you will need to wipe the phone, manually load an OS and set up your accounts by hand, completely disregarding any BES input
