    after updated to 10.3.2.2474, my passport no longer can be use as hotspot.. able to see the ssid, but failed to associate..

    Delete the Hotspot profile setup on the Passport, then remake it, and save.
    Then delete the profile on the device you are trying to connect to the Hotspot with and then re-detect it, connect, and save it.
