Hidden contacts

On my Priv today, I edited a contact. When I hit save, a message appeared that "read only contacts will be hidden but not deleted" or something to that effect. Now that contact has disappeared. How, if at all, do I get it back?

Hi, Did you ever figure out how to find the missing contacts? I'm going through the same thing!

I never did figure this out. It has not happened to me since. I suspect what's I had done was tried to "keep" only a Linked In contact by adding all the additional data and removing the others. I gave up trying to rationalize how this phone converted my BlackBerry OS10 linked contacts.
