    i have an bb q20 (classic) and it stucked on 96% ... its taking verrrrrryyyy long... i have 3 hours since was 96% nd stills at 96 % ....

    You can try a reboot. It will restart process all over but often speeds it up. If it drags on get an Autoloader and reload. Search the posts here. Plenty of directions available.
