you can also consider BlackBerry Q5. It has better RAM. Plus if you like the keyboard its good. but if you want a bigger screen, the Z3 is a good phone.
The cheapest BlackBerry 10 devices would be the Q5 and Z3.
The Z3 has a bigger screen which uses up more power, but it does have a bigger battery life than the Q5. It has 2,500mAh as opposed to the Q5's smaller screen and 2,180mAh.
