    Please guys I deleted a photo from file manager, it was successful, but whenever I check my picture it's still there, but if I try to delete it again they'll say i don't have such file..i did a hard reboot twice but it's still there

    Turn the device off and remove the SD card. next turn it on and hold the top buttom and don't let go till you see the red LED and BlackBerry logo, then remove - ignore on-screen prompts to reboot/turn off.

    Put the SD back in and it should be gone.

    There was probably a problem when you deleted it. Pictures are stored typically with two files, a thumbnail and the full picture. Probably the thumbnail version wasn't deleted properly. Not sure how to fix it though
