Start by saying that I've never had problems with my Q10 (SQN100-3) ...

But a month from now, after the official release of 10.2.1.2977 (Vodafone), I began to notice several bugs related to the proper functioning of the main camera:

-The Camera does not recognize any subject / item
-The Focus is disabled
-In Within a few feet (not inches) the image is not clear

I have read several threads and tried different treatments for this defection, now enumerate in such a way that no one else repeat the same mistakes:

-The 'Cancellation Protected' did not change
-The 'Reset' The device did not change
-The 'Update' of Application sys.camera (.bar) did not produce positive changes,
with regard to the negative ones instead; -Not Longer opens the camera
-I tried to 'install a leaked version 10.3' however, does not produce any changes

Again, I think I've done everything possible to restore the software, but anyway I noticed a peculiarity hardware;

That is, after restoring the Q10 to his Fw (Firmware) factory the camera has continued to not work properly, as if to indicate that the problem is not the software.

Since you have tried several software steps to fix this and have not been able to, you should contact your seller and ask for a replacement if you think it is the hardware.
